Product Details

This EutecTrode Xuper 2109 aluminum electrode has an out-of-position, DCEP(+) design for welding 1100, 5000, and 6000 series aluminum and aluminum-magnesium alloys. It features great weldability, superior crack resistance and mechanical properties, low spatter, and a porosity-free deposit. It is 3/32 inch in diameter and has a minimum tensile strength of 35,000 PSI. Available in a 2.5-kilogram package.
