Cable wrap sleeving tapes are cut-, abrasion-, and heat-resistant to protect cable and hose from damage. They have a flexible woven construction that allows the tape to move with the cable and hose. These tapes are commonly used in automotive and high performance headers and exhausts to contain and manage hot gases. They wrap around cable and hose to protect and organize the lines. These tapes can be used without disconnecting wire or while the wire is energized. They should be overlapped slightly to release enough heat and ensure performance without damaging wrapped bundles.
